So i've been playing again the lester missions, in which assassinations are made, however after completing the multi assassination mission, I can not trigger the vice assassanation. why is this?
 
How far through the game are you ?

You can't trigger the next one until you progress through the story enough. You can only do the second one once you complete the merryweather heist.

I've got as far as "Did somebody say yoga" However I have done the first two assassanations.
