hmmn, Russian source, id be very dubious of running anything of such origin in the current climate! one for a dedicated HD & windows install

Seems there’s a few things for them to patch, but when done it’s a hell yeah for me.

It runs pretty damn good for me, the only small issue I ran into was I had to install c++ redistributable 2005 otherwise the game wasn't loading up. Downloaded, installed and running within 10 mins.

Came on here to post how good this is. Grab it before it gets taken down, can't emphasise that enough!

Crank the details to max, turn on RTX HDR, set the radio to play Broken Wings and it's utterly brilliant. Takes me right back but looks and runs amazing and has lots of ENB settings to tweak.

Anyone know of an ultrawide hack that will work?
 
To be fair, there is quite a bit that needs fixing, especially the roads that randomly disappear whilst your driving, and it’d be good to have a lot less vehicles on the road as it makes it a nightmare to get around Just noticed theres a setting for that.

Oh it will. The recent GTA4 mod got whacked very quickly.

The aspect ratio is all wrong though. Only options are Auto, 16:9, 16:10 etc. On Auto everything is squashed running my custom 3840x1620 ultrawide res.

It’s unclear how long it will remain publicly available or whether there will be demands to take it down. We are not opposed to reuploads, but we cannot openly encourage you to do so. Do as you see fit.

It won't be hard to find even if it is taken down, although T2 have zero jurisdiction in Russia.
T2 just seem to cut their nose off to spite their face, as before you needed the original game (and I would have bought it), but now it's standalone.
 
Vice City was incredible at the time, the buz when you took over that mansion and moved in. Tried playing the remake but just can't get into it.

From the dev's themselves:

P.S. Initially, the modification was planned to require the original game in order to show respect to the publisher. However, over the past two days, we have completely rebuilt the project, and it is now available as a standalone "installation-ready package". Just download, install, and play. There are no issues with version compatibility since the mod is now fully autonomous. In light of the current uncertainties, we had to make this change to ensure the mod's stable performance for the widest possible audience.
