GTA4 Achievement Help

Im trying to get some GTA4 achievments done but some of them are driving me round the bend.

Finish Him - I read that if you go to the Heli Tour place the cops wont come after you but after trying this several times this is not the case after i get through 5/6 people.

Chain Reaction - where is the best place to do this, i was thinking of phoning packie up to get the Bomb placed and go to a populated area, are their any better ideas anyone knows of?
 
Chain reaction, park a bus up on one of the freeways. My fav spot is the one that runs along the right hand side of Algonquin, road is wide enough to just park a bus clean across the road and block it. Then whip out your RPG and fire away!

Hardest one for me so far has been Finish him which I cant go and Rolled Over.

Rolled over is easy, go to the airport in a fairly decent car (ie not a sports car) i did it in a taxi, go onto the landing strip and in the middle there are some striped yellow/black type pads. Go fast and make sure when you hit them half the car is on the platform and the other half is grounded.

I just tried on hapiness island and there's cops everywhere
 
Just did finish him, i misinterpreted it for some odd reason, Counterattacking by pressing A, if you attack the fat people you can get 2 combo's out of them :D.
 
I tried the airport trick, never quite managed it so I cheated and used the mental swings down in the projects to catapult me through the air.
 
Stick the bus across the main bridge between island 1 and 2. Park it at the bottom so the cars are travelling down hill. You'll get a collection of about 10 car, open fire so they all leave the cars, then get down the road so you not on the side of the bus where the cars are parked, then lob a nade over the bus and roll one under it.
 
Best bet for the chain reaction achievement is to block a major road, wait a couple of minutes and a nice traffic jam should occur.

Rather that firing your weapon to get people to leave their cars just point your gun at them and they should run off (which helps to avoid any unwated attention)

Move a few of the cars a little bit closer to make sure the explosions 'chain' together and you should get it no problem.
 
countering for those who are struggling:

Fight anywhere. If you get killed start fighting immediatly - it doesn't stop the combo because you went to the hospital :)
