GTA4 mods

What is the best mod for GTA4 that changes names of cars to their proper names and maybe makes the models look better?

I used a car names and model mod years ago for GTA1 and it knackered the game up

Loads here, haven't checked but I'm not sure if most of the mods are working since the new patch for gta4. Most are made to run on 1.0.0.4(?) so I'm guessing they need to be changed to work with 1.0.0.5(?)

EDIT:

Just checked and their is a new sparkV out (required to mod the images to add/swap vehicles/weapons etc), you can mod gta4 and also eflc.

Yes use sparkIV to modify the textures.

Download cars from the links ck88 gave. The zip files usually have instructions included.

I have loads of real life cars installed and they're awesome.
