Ive got a Windows 7 64Bit Upgrade DVD, and I was wondering if GTA 4 & The Sims 3 will be OK with it? Is there anything I need to do before I install W7?

Works 100% for me. im 64bit home premium. I did get the "please install XP SP3 " error :\ but fixed that :D

No problems with GTA4 on Win 7 x64 here. I think we can safely agree it'll work.

Before you install windows 7, make sure you've backed up EVERYTHING in case you balls it up on the install. Unlikely, but accidents happen. Bear in mind some programs/games can store data in weird places too, not just mydocs.

Hi there, me and my cousin usually play left 4 dead ever night and we're on ventrillo and we sometimes have 4 but sometimes are 2 men short, so was wondering if anyone is wanting to buddy up with us and join us on a night because its rubbish playing with 2 people, as you know, left 4 dead is best with 4.

We play the game on expert, and we're pretty hardcore and we're pretty good at gaming so we're looking for people with good skills really and not newbies, no offence, one of our friends that plays with us sometimes its really rubbish and I'm shouting "smoker!!!" on vent and it takes him 10 mins to respond lol.

Also we use someone else's ventrillo server and we cant really give that info out so if you have a vent server or team speak server we could use whilst playing that would be great also.

Thanks in advance.

No one knows im afraid, as were only on 64bit (which GTA4 runs fine in), so got quite a wait to find out if it will work on a 764bit yet. :p

I'm sorry mate, you're going to have to upgrade to the Antec 903 gaming case. :( You should have looked at the system requirements before you bought the game....

I've no idea why people are saying you need to upgrade your PSU.

Sometimes I wonder if topics like these are just blatant trolls, especially when the OP posts a spec like that.

But to save myself coming across as a total knob in the event that the OP is being sincere: GTA IV runs like a dream on my rig, and there's absolutely no reason why you'd run into issues trying to play The Sims 3.
