I was actually looking at the GTA multi-pack thing on Steam after seeing the Icehancer mod thing. Are you using any mods? Some of them make the game ultra realistic.

Just started playing this game again, running 2560 x 1440, the game looks stunning, no need for AA, all jaggies have gone at this res. Can't wait for GTA V these games are good fun :).

I bought the pack for £5 during the Christmas sale but haven't really played any of the games. I have GTA 4 on PS3. It was an impulse buy.

Not using any mods. A mate who bought it is and said they are really great in quality but he now cant play ANY normal online games as they are ranked and crash the game.

Yes, for the age Im still impressed by the graphics. The water is so good for the age of it.

if you wait a week or so the ICenhancer 2.1 should be released. this will work on the steam version (1.0.7.0) and EFLC, unlike previous versions which only worked for 1.0.4.0

that, along with the realistic driving and flying mod, Viva new york, SparkIV (for replacement car skins) and scripthook (for a kabillion other fun mods) makes for a stunning game

Saints Row 3 took it's place for me, far more fun if a little less realistic ;)

I've been playing this recently on PS3, it's dire. It's like they took the obligatory driving level from a third-person shooter and made an entire game out of it. The vehicle handling makes LA Noire feel like Forza 4, the physics engine is awful, it's very glitchy, there's no polish to anything and the missions seem to almost entirely consist of "Go here and do this mini-game".

Ironically I thought the same of SR2, but I naively believed that they'd have improved things for the third one.

Simple really, don't use the ps3 version. PC has the best version by a long shot, just needs a beefy machine to play it. I don't really get why you are moaning about the bad PS3 version in the PC thread. You need to go to the console part of the forum for your issues.
