GTAIV EFLC graphics mods

Ive just installed GTAIV EFLC and i was hoping some of you guys could link me to some of the better working graphics mods that are available. Ive spent a while trauling google but im not sure which ones to download.

I don't use any really. I'd just be happy if the game didn't stutter so much, all the time. It says 40+ FPS on fraps but feels like 5.

There was an ENBseries mod for it I think, but it'll reduce performance. If you have a AMD graphics card, there's a good chance you can use MLAA to remove some jaggies.
