GTD App (alternative to things) with cloud sync?

I still think Things is a great app, and I do use it on mac, iPad and iPhone, but I'm fed up of waiting for a cloud sync they just seem incapable of delivering (which is a massive shame)...

Are there any alternatives that are just as good but which sync MobileMe style?

I'm currently using "ToDo" and it's perfect for me - only thing it's missing is local notifications (For the badge update) - according to their twitter account, it's in the next update which is almost ready for release.

It already alerts you of notifications (if you want it to) without doing anything

Once the badge updates every midnight in the next update - it will be the best To Do app out there, in my opinion.

I tried 2Do - but found it was almost too packed with features - with this one, I'm able to just quickly add stuff, add a time (If I want the app to remind me of a task) and tick it off when completed AND it's not a total rip off like Things
