GTK+/Win32 Theme selector ?

Anyone know what this is, just found it in amongst my program files, was created on the 15th Sept. at 18.47, any ideas.

Its either came with the 163.69 beta drivers, or from that Nvidia smoke demo i installed to test out, as those are the only things ive installed over past few days, and at around that time.
