GTR or Spec R or Type R?

Can't see any good S15 porn?

We probably would if you didn't post silly slammed stanced cars.

Fair enough it's not your taste. As far as slammed'ness goes I think they are quite tamed examples. At least they dont have stupid bent wheels that look like they are about to fall off. However I'm not convinced when you say 'we' that you speak for absolutely everyone here :)

Also have to agree about the 14a comment. The front end is much more aggressive than the squat nose of the 14. And yes the touring interior is perfectly fine for a 90's Jap sports car (read: not amazing :D)

I have an r32 gtr - I love it! Mine is insured as a classic through Peter best for 130 quid a year

Let me know if you'd like any pics or to hear what it's like to own one.

How old does it have to be to get classic insurance?

I do love the 32's but think I'm going to go for a Silvia or at least something RWD :D

Here's my R32

Not a chance, here's the list of bits I had to do to mine to reach 450hp on stock turbos -

BIG Image

I've loads more pics, mag features etc at www.ianhenshall.com/r34 too.

90% of that has nothing to do with BHP increase, so a rather misleading post, are you still running the standard ceramic turbo's?

Stock Injectors and Turbos limit the engine to around 440-450 so it is possible, but the ceramic turbos have a habit of failing when pushed.

I would hazard a guess the seller porbably used the "wet finger in the air" dyno though :D

As the engine bit said in the pic - ECU, AFM's, 550cc injectors and cams were needed on the stock ceramic turbos as without those bits they can't make 450hp without running over 1bar which will destroy them in no time and at 100% injector duty which is asking for trouble if you don't use an adjustable FPR.

My engine was built around a set of GT-SS turbos which I never got around to fitting before selling the car.
