GTS 250 worthwhile?

Hi Guys

Been looking around for a new graphics card in the £120 - £130 region and was wondering how people had found the 1 gig gts 250. I mostly play strategy and game at 1900 x 1200 resolution. Also does anyone know how noisy these card are? I'm trying to quiten down my PC.
 
Yeah I'd heard the 250 was basically a rebadged 9800gtx which in turn was a rebadged 8800gts but I was wondering how people have found them in their various iterations.

Do you think it would be enough for 1900 x 1200 gaming?
