I Tried OCing my GTS450, GPU-Z says it's OCing, but my temps don't change and neither does Unigine Heaven 2.1
I'm using MSI Afterburner

Do you play benchmarks? If your oc gives you more fps in the games you play then what need do you have for better scores in synthetic benches? I would recommend you do some tests with some games that you play and see what fps you get before and after oc'ing - far more relevant imo

FurMark Test 1
Core:1200MHz - Mem:2400MHz - Shader:2400MHz
Max GPU Temp: 37°C
SCORE:427 points (60000 ms)

FurMark Test 2
Core:880MHz - Mem:1950MHz - Shader:1760MHz
Max GPU Temp: 40°C
SCORE:427 points (60000 ms)

Lightsmark Test 1
Core:1200MHz - Mem:2400MHz - Shader:2400MHz
Avg 92.9 FPS

Lightmark Test 2
Core:880MHz - Mem:1950MHz - Shader:1760MHz
Avg 92.9 FPS

AquaMark Test 1
Core:1200MHz - Mem:2400MHz - Shader:2400MHz
GFX: 21.165

AquaMark Test 2
Core:880MHz - Mem:1950MHz - Shader:1760MHz

Will try DiRT 2, WoW gave less than a 1 FPS boost.

you aren't simply forgetting to hit apply on your OC are you? MSI Afterburner has gpu load monitoring built in, in the settings tab turn on what is monitored. If your seeing 100% CPU and 20% GPU then youd know the cpu is bottleneck etc.

What are your full specs?

EDIT: I have come to a conclusion.
After installing MSI Afterburner, you must restart in order for it to take effect...

FurMark
Core:930MHz
Shader:1860MHz
Memory:2075MHz
SCORE:2580 points (60000 ms)

Thanks for trying everyone :)
Turns out it was just my incompetence :/

human error is behind it most of the time, and as long as we'll be humans there will be errors
