GTS OC problem

Just installed my new 8800GTS 512, went to OC only to find the OC option in RivaTuner is no longer there.

Is this normal. Is there any other program I can use?

Have you tried updating the driver because sometimes riva tuner inst very compatible with certain drivers

Hi,

Had this problem also.

You need to edit the rivatuner.cfg file with notepad

C:\Program Files\RivaTuner v2.06\RivaTuner.cfg

Find the section

[GPU_10DE]

Alter this line :-

G92 = 610h-61Fh

to................

G92 = 610h-61Fh,0600h

Then restart Rivatuner.exe

I'm using the latest drivers from nVidia site, they (driver & RivaTuner) worked perfectly with my GTS 640

Do as Tabby said mate, works a treat. Had to do it with my new 512 GTS
