GTX 1060 - brand new- No Signal

Very disappointed.

Just received my new build, the Katana AMD gaming machine.

It switches on and everything lights up within the machine, but no signal output from Graphics card.

Even my keyboard and mouse doesn't work (plugged into the USB slots on the back)

Is there any support or advice anyone can help me with me? I'm so upset. I have been so excited for so long and now nothing works.

This is a whole new machine right?
Have you double checked all the connections (not just GPU but motherboard, power etc) and see if anything has become unseated during transport?

And 2nd'ly it may seem silly but your monitor is plugged into the GPU right and not the motherboard output?

Also how do you know your keybo and mouse don't work if you have no display?

If you actually are plugged into the GPU might want to crack the side panel and make sure nothing has come loose in transport.
