gtx 1070 release is imminent. Are you going to get it or skip it?

I have no doubt that it'll be on par or slightly ahead at stock and compared to a stock 980 Ti. But the 980 Ti gains ground on a 1080 once you start overclocking both, so it's obviously going to be the same situation here, amplified due to an even bigger CUDA core deficit on the 1070's part. I doubt that an overclocked 1070 will match an overclocked 980 Ti, but I'd be happy to be proved wrong.I doubt NVIDIA would cut the 1070 down to a point at which it's slower than a 980Ti. They know what they're doing, so I'm not surprised it's likely to be just a tiny bit faster or on par with the 980Ti
At todays exchange rate plus VAT then the 1070 is approx. £311. If they come in at that price then they will sell very well compared to the 1080.
