Trying to flash bios with nvflash in windows, cmd just crashes, usb with dos created via rufus+freedos comes up with unable to run program in dos
Any help guys?
Do i need older nvflash? Should i try hp tool with win98 folder? Was such a long time since ive last done it
Cheers

What motherboard are you using?

Rest of spec?

*If it's an older gen motherboard i would flash to the latest BIOS as this usually applies additional PCIe/VGA compatibly for latest cards.

Board is z170 mortar flashes with latest bios
7600k, 16gb ram
From what i gather problem lies in the gpus themselves, zotac, asus and evga were affected something to do with voltage for ram mismatch within the bios
My ftw2 gtx1070 all works fine, able to nvflash bios from windows
This card cant boot and gpuz cant cant identify memory hence need to try and flash in dos

All i need is to access nvflash in bios to try and re-flash and see what that does. Issue is wide spread but never came across it
