GTX 1080 x2?

Howdy,

I've got a i7-7700 PC with 16gb ram currently running 3 monitors but i'm looking to add 2-3 more.
Any advice on what's the best way to upgrade?

Can i get a USB bridge (is that the term?) or is it better to get another graphics card & bung it in?

Look into daisy chaining. There's also GPUs that have 6 ports on the back (eg https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/asrock-rx-5700-xt-taichi-oc.b7292), though there's some cheaper than that you could get probably. It depends on what you do with them. Could get some cheapo used professional card with lots of outputs.
