GTX 1650 Super died - RX 6600 to replace

Looks like my 1650 Super has bit the dust. Don't have too much money to splash this close to Christmas. Looks like the best I can get in my price range is the RX 6600 (the none-XT type). I'm a bit out of the loop when it comes to hardware over the past 2-3 years, but a quick search seems to show it should be a bit better than the 1650?

I play at 1080p and the rest of the system is in my sig. Any other cards I should be looking out for? I'm in the US so prices may be a bit different to UK.

Yep, it is decently faster than a 1650 Super and is the lowest-end card worth buying really. If you can get a 6700 non-XT that would be even better.

Theres also the faster 6600XT and if you want to be more future proof, consider the 6650XT which performs around 2080Ti level.

It doesn't perform at that level, I'm not saying it's a bad card at all but it's around 2080 non-Ti levels, a little slower perhaps. A 6750XT is more comparable to the 2080 Ti, and the 6800 is comfortably faster.

I should have looked at a bigger games average data, the 1080p SoTTR & Far Cry 6 benchmarks shows the 6650XT to be neck & neck with the 2080Ti.
