GTX 270 + physx or something else??

i don't know what card i should get, i feel that it is the weak-point in my system. i have a budget of sub £250. i already have a GTX 460 2gb. i use my computer of gaming and like the graphic to be maxed out. i was thinking about maybe going and extra tenner and going for a GTX 670. this means my old card can go to physx card.

What are your thoughts, can i get better value for money and is physx worth it?

There is a thread currently about a guy having problems with the £260 GTX 670 - noisey fan.
It might just be a one off, but certainly something to consider.
