GTX 275 and power usage?

Hi, i had an original 8800GTX that has 2x6pin power connectors and required a PSU with a 30amp supply. Thats just died, and i want to get a decent mid-range card to tide me over till next year, i was thinking of the GTX 275.

My PSU is 550w and has a 32amp rail, it never struggled with my 3.2ghz q6600 and 8800GTX, will it be ok with the GTX 275?

I'd really prefer not to have to buy another PSU :(
