It all depends on what you use the card for.
The newest certified drivers on NV's site can provide performance boosts in some games.
However there is always the golden rule, If it isn't broken - don't fix it.

The 180's provided quite a boost in performance for the GT200's, so id stick the latest 180.48's on, unless your playing GTAIV, in which case you'll need the 180.84 Beta's, as those have performance improvements for it in them.
