Ok firstly i start with saying im using cpuid hardware monitoring to get my temps. Id like to know what programs you guys are using to get your temps. I downloaded everest but it gave a blank screen on sensors so i got rid of that!

Anyway, other point is do my temps look ok. In idle its about 40 degrees c and in WoW it hits tops of about 64. Is that ok? What temps should i start worrying about if i see?

But mostly what makes me a bit annoyed is that i just came from 2 7800gt's in sli in xp and getting 75 fps in WoW to this gtx280 in vista 64 and getting 61 fps!!! How the hell is that? Ofc my setings are a little higher but the drop is quite a lot for a big gpu jump.

well if it looks better at higher settings and in vista rather than xp, i don't see what the problem is, if possible, try playing in xp with the 280 and see if it's better than the 7800's, also games like wow and the sims are more cpu orientated
