GTX 285 Users

Possibly, the raw wattage would be ok on a 295, but you'd have to check your 12v usage, that may be an issue.

http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculator.jsp <You'll need to pay to check for 12v requirements unfortunately.

It's likely to a be on the borderline. I have an S12-600 BTW. (18A+18A)
All Seasonics are single rail(Ignore the split) so no problems there.

BFG state.

680W PCI Express®-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 46A or more (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core™i7 965 Extreme Edition processor)

There is probably some overhead on that.

Thanks Sasahara. I have my Q6600 o'clocked @3.5, running 2 sata hard drives, so I may be better upgrading the psu (unless any S600 users have experience with this card (GTX 295) without problems :)

Running on a Corsair 500 jobby.

285GTX
8800GT
10k Raptor
250GB SATA
DVD Drive
Q6600 clocked to 3.6

No issues at all, 285 should run plenty well enough as for a 295.... I considered it, but decided against it, one reason being SLI compatibility, the second was not wanting to upgrade my PSU.
