Just wondering about GTX 295 temps - I'm hitting around 94 degrees when playing Metro 2033 and Crysis, most games are around 84 odd though. Is this pretty normal? Only reason I ask is that I've only just noticed temperatures since the nvidia driver release blunder the other week!

94 seems high and despite updating my drivers i still have to control my fan speeds through afterburner - so worth checking your fan is actually working above 40%

Cheers - installed Afterburner and enabled the fan control and without changing anything else it seems to go to about 90 on load then drops to around 78-82 with fan at 80%

What program do you use ?

Im sat here after gaming with temps of 45/44/48/46... These are single pcb units. You havent said if yours are dual pcb or single? Makes a massive difference to temps (around 15c it wuld seem)

Just got a text back from my mate with his 295. He is idle at 39oC and has played a couple of games and never went over 66oC

Don't worry about ot.
I have had my EVGA GTX295 dual PCB for 7 months.
I have replaced the TIM and thermal pads.
Mine idles around 50C and when playing crysis goes up to 85C.
Never had a single problem.
If it starts artifacting then worry but until then don't let it bother you.
These cards run hot.
