Gtx 460 backplate?

If I bought this backplate for my gtx460 would I be able to install it but still use the stock cooler?

not really I'm just kinda OCD like that.

I dont think anyone knows the answer to this as I doubt anyones tried it.

The only modifications I make are Thermal paste changes, and extra heatsinks, except for on my MSI cards because they do such an amazing job right out of the box.

Yeah my Cyclone gtx460 is pretty good at overclocking.
I got;
900mhz core
1800mhz shaders
2340mhz memory
all on stock voltages
