nVidia is SLI btw, not CrossFire.

Frankly wattage means very little, BeQuiet are a quality manufacturer and the amps on your unit should be enough. However you have to factor in things like your 2500k overclock. I'd say you'd be fine, if it is unstable you could just return the GTX 460 or buy a better PSU.

To be honest, I can always disable the overlock and have my CPU running at stock if it caused any problems.

And thanks I'll keep that in mind, just looking around at the moment.
 
nVidia quotes 160w and 13.5 Amps for the GTX460, they often overstate what is required however.

I ran three GTX460s overclocked to 900MHz Core with a 4GHz i7 920 Overclock on a 750w unit. So you should be fine really, especially as a 2500k is much more efficient.
