Gtx 460 gfx issues?

I have been having some issues lately with my Msi gtx 460 where it has been crashing in Crysis (1) and throwing up display driver errors after crashing, This was on the latest drivers for the card from Nvidia and I was also getting a pink screen though not solid as I could still see the desktop.

Anyway I thought 1st it must be the card so checked gpuz for temps and the card was running as it should be, with no high temps etc, So I turned my attention to the psu as I had another card prior to this that was overclocked and that would crash in heaven and Crysis, Though tbh I think that was just because the overclock was too high. I checked the psu with a multimeter and stressed both the cpu (intelburn) and Furmark and I was getting 12.08-12.05 from idle to load, So concluded that this was fine, The psu btw is a corsair 650tx and has always been rock solid.

I then decided to ditch those drivers and go back to the previous ones and all seems fine until I try to play anything in flash player like you tube etc and I now get either solid green screen or the same that is on the screen shot, I am now starting to think that my gfx card is on it`s way out but I have nothing conclusive apart from the issues I already stated, Like I said the card operates as it should be judging by gpuz!!

Any help guy`s would be most appreciated! :)

So you stressed the 460 in Furmark ? It is not that clear on the stressed both the cpu (intelburn) and Furmark.
The change in colour of screen suggests the GPU, the software crashing suggest it could be software related or overclock on the 460 ?
Have you tried underclocking the 460 ? Screenshot (is quite large by the way) suggests its the 2d element of the graphics card at fault.
ideally you need to test your PC with a graphics card you know 100% works. its the only way you can remove your GPU from the equation. can you borrow one from somewhere else ? Do you have onboard GPU ? Your spec would help.

is it worth picking up one of these to test with

You could try removing your drivers completely and if you still have the CD that came with the 460 use the drivers on there and perform a clean install to test it further.

Sorry should have been more clear, Yes I stressed the 460 in Furmark to determine if the psu was under volting, I concluded that the psu was fine and after a 20 min run of Furmark, Saw no artifacts or glitches with the gpu.

The Gtx460 is the Msi Hawk Talon attack version and thus was factory overclocked, I personally have not touched the card in regards to overclocking it. After doing a little research into the drivers that I used, I found that some people experienced the same issue`s that I had with the 296.10 WHQL drivers (pink screen and game crashes/driver crashes) and also the 285.62 WHQL drivers also presented issues with flash player showing screens like the one I posted.

In the end, I have re-installed windows and gone back to the drivers I was using originally because I know they were stable with my card, If my card persists with these issues or other graphic related problems then I will assume it is the card and RMA it. I am not in a position to get another card so that is out of the window.

My rest of my specs btw are:

I5 2500k @ 4.0ghz
8gb Corsair vengeance @ 1600
Corsair 650tx psu
Gigabyte p67 ud3p mobo-b3 rev
64gb Crucial m4 ssd
64gb Kingston ssd
Samsung F3 500gb
