I've got two of those 
Great cards, but the fans a bit noisy at full whack, and the heatsink is very cheap and basic. Not a problem for a single card, but I ended up getting a custom cooler for the top card in SLI. Same massive overclocking headroom as any 460.

That is pretty cheap I ended up paying £140 for my 2nd 2GB Version card as I couldn't find a 2nd hand 1 anywhere.
Buy 2 while your at it and will outperform GTX 5 series cards.
