I'm currently running a i7 920, 6GB RAM and a Ocuk value GTX 460 1GB. I primarily play Arma 3, BF3, PS and a few older games. Would there be any benefit in picking up a cheap (£50 ish) used GTX 460 and going SLI? Would it make much of a difference in BF3/Arma @ 1920? Thanks!

Newer games are using more than 1.3GB of VRAM and although you will have enough grunt to turn details to full in most games, the 1GB (I assume you have) will be limiting details because of this. You can get decent frames with lower settings though.

Limited in what respect? I wouldn't ever play at more than 1920...

Limited in vram. The heavier or higher resolution textures a games uses, the more quickly your available Vram will be used. E.g if a games take 1500mb ram at full texture setting and you have 1024MB vram available, then you'll start to notice stutter in your gameplay.

A GeForce GTX 660 2GB or Radeon HD7850 2GB would be a fine upgrade you can feel :)

Thanks. To be honest I'm happy enough with performance - if I could get a better frame rate in Arma by spending £50 on another 460 I would, but I wouldn't want to spend £150 or so on a GTX660 :)
