Current paired with a Core i7 920 @ 4GHz 1.3V

Mostly playing BF3 and other high end games.

Buy another GTX 470 and SLI?

Grab a GTX 670?

Wait for AMD's offerings?

I could never keep 2x 470's cool enough in my case but you maybe different.

For trouble free gaming a 670/760 is a decent choice although I suppose it cant hurt to wait and see what AMD has to offer

If the Asus GTX 670 and His 7950 Boost cards are still on offer either of those would be a good upgrade, I wouldn't bother with GTX 470 SLI it's old, power hungry and hot in comparison to a newer single card solution.

Not sure where the GTX 760 is cheaper than a GTX 670? I haven't checked today but certainly wasn't the case recently! GTX 670 is better than a 760 anyway (760 is a gimped 670 with higher clocks to make up for whatever is missing).

You could wait for AMD and their offering, but from what I've read I think their release will be more expensive in comparison to their performance than the bargain GTX 670 and AMD 7950 deals around at the moment.

£200 for the 670 CU DII is epic value.

The 670's do perform better than the 760's and at the OCUK prices are much better value. :)

I picked up a 760 for £180 second hand in the MM, but the 670 is worth a few quid more if the prices are currently similar. Just make sure to get a card with a decent cooler, I got the KFA2 760 and it's got a fantastic cooler on it.

Wouldn't reccomend going 470 SLI now - while the cores are still capable of giving up the performance they are becoming increasingly more VRAM limited if you intend to play at 1920x or higher resolutions with high/ultra settings.
