GTX 480 & Overclocking

Maximum temp it can take is 105c

To me it sounds like the case and airflow, i have an Nvidia 480 and it idles at 37c and on load goes to about 75c apart from on Metro 2033 which it goes up to about 83c but that is a really demanding game.
I would consider a new case, im using a CM Scout has great airflow
but i have changed all of the stock fans to others and noticed a 10c drop in all temps and i also modded it to fit 1 extra fan.
