Having problems with two 560's, both are ASUS and Ti models-identical... only getting 70% using on one GPU when gaming and artifacts/odd colour combos etc etc...
I should have gone for the 7950 you lot suggested but I got hold of the matching 560 too cheaply to not try it out...

Is it worth messing around and getting the 2 SLI'd correctly or should I sell up and buy the HIS 7950?

Have you tested each card independently, are you using an sli bridge and what psu are you using?

Both cards work fine independently, my primary question though is whether even when SLI'd correctly, will I be a long way from 7950 performance and will 2Gb combined VRAM be a limiting factor?

With the £60 per card I could get plus the sale of the games with the HIS card it would be a pretty cheap upgrade.

560ti in sli as far as gpu power would be about equal to a 7950. Though the extra vram on the 7950 would perhaps help with newer more demanding games. General concensus is that 2gb is fine at say 1920x1080 at present, but above this 3gb will be more beneficial.

I've just upgraded a pair of 560TI 2GB for a GTX680 2GB on the mega deal a few weeks back.

I got 95+% on both cards with PCI-E x 8 2.0 z68 and 4.5Ghz 2500k.

GTX680 a little quicker and more consistent fps. A lot quieter and less power usage.
Only reason for upgrade was the noise ... SLI 560's was getting complaints from SWMBO in the next room.

Must remember to stick them on the MM ... along with the GTX280 also on the shelf.
