Ive got one of these on a gagbyte motherboard
I'm just thinkin about upgrade options
What do you think about buying another when the next gen come in (and hopefully the price falls)
I will need a new motherboard as well as my gigabyte z68 wont take the two cards.
Any suggestions?

A overclocked HD7970 will perform roughly the same as GTX570 SLI, so it may be worth selling your current GTX570 and buying a HD7970, this way you don't have to spend money buying another motherboard.

Just an option, it may cost more than the GTX570 SLi route, depending on how much you can get for your GTX570, how much an SLI motherboard will cost you and how much the HD7970 will cost...

Another 570 will be cheaper ;)

IIRC every single gigabyte Z68 board is ok with SLI
