Few days ago GEFORCE experience said there's a new WHQL drivers and asked me if i wanted to update, so i said yes, after the first system reboot since, problems started.
i can not set my resolution higher than 800*600 (used to always have it on 1080p)
when i boot the computer i get weird dots/snow for a few seconds http://i.imgur.com/nYyVLrH.jpg?1
i can see the card in the device manager but with a yellow triangle/error 403.
i tried to do system restore, completely remove the drivers and reinstall, tried several older drivers, i tried to take the card out of the case, clean it up a bit and reseat it, same problem, nothing helps
is my card dead or theres still hope?

Hmm sounds like you've tried everything possible.

Is it running any over clocks? Could try removing them and put back to stock.

Really strange to think that drivers could do this tho. Well the silver lining to this is at least you have a legitimate reason to upgrade!

actually not the best time for me to spend any money right now :)
i did reset the bios and the card is not running any OC
i will try to format now just in case but i doubt it'll help since it looks faulty outside of windows too...
