Just got delivery of my shiny new phantom, all the way from france in 2 days!! Thought id post some unboxing pics and some of the card as i know there quite a bit of interest in these cards. Will post some benchies and overclocking results later

Was a little worried it may be a little gimmicky, but it is the real deal. Nice weight to the card and quality craftmanship.

Standard affair, 6 + 8pin

Nice Card

Shame they didn't increase the memory to 2GB on there 570 Phantom like they did with there 3GB 580 Phantom
The lower 1280mb memory on the 570 is the only thing that puts me off buying a 570 GTX..

Was £266 delivered, so only £10 or so over a reference model.

To be honest 1.3GB vram is more than enough and by the time you would need more the card will be obselete.

I take it you've never played GTAIV. Furthermore, why would one not buy a future proof card?

Disregard my observations if you wish, you still bought a cracking card and it will serve you well :)

Great card , i bought one as well . Build quality is fantastic and even the box and packaging reflects that. Runs super cool and very quiet to. Enjoy. ;)

Oozes quality. Not as clumsy or as random as a reference model. An elegant card for a more civilised age...

I hope you have a windowed case to show it off:)

Update:

Seems like this card is a beast at overclocking :)

10min Furmark run and heaven benchmark run, still early though

Getting to 850MHz @ stock 1v
900Mhz @ 1.050v
950Mhz @ still tinkering
can get working on 1ghz but not stable long enough at 1.15v, afterburner wont allow anymore volts as would definatly be stable.
