GTX 570 Temps ?

Hey guys, just wanted to pass on my GPU temps and check if you guys think they are ok ?
I'm using EVGA Precision

I have a EVGA GTX 570 (Factory Superclocked one)

My idle temp is 36 c

But when i'm gaming it will go to a max of 69 - 70 c at 99% GPU load (2 Hours of Crysis)

Just wanted to check if the temps are ok guys because i can run Crysis Maxed but it will crash every hour or so, when i looked online it said that the Steam Version that i have would run better in DX9 and when i changed it to DX9 it never crashed again.

All other games work fine but i just want to be sure everything is ok as this is my first build.

Thanks for your time guys

them temps are good . just for peace of mind run furmark and see what the temps are with that . no game pushes your gpu like furmark

cheers

Hey Muppet, thanks for the quick reply, Furmark ok

I have a program called EVGA OC scanner is that also a good test to use ?

If i download Furmark how long should i run it for to be safe ? ?

My Phantom 570 hits 62 C maxed out. It just depends on your case cooling and obviously the Phantom has a tri-fan cooler on it. I would not worry at 80 C!

My cooling of my Thermaltake Tsunami Dream is one Apache 120 mm at the front, one at the rear and a 92 mm fan blowing on to the video card! So case cooling is important to keep those temps down!

Think i will pick up a 120 mm intake side fan for the case.

Then i will have 200 mm front intake fan, 120 mm side intake fan

and 200mm top exhaust and 120 mm rear exhaust fan.

You guys think i will see a big difference in temps with the side fan blowing on the GPU ?

Should do :) What PSU are u using btw?

The strange thing is i can play Crysis maxed for 2-3 hours and it will never go past 70 c

but when i stress tested using EVGA OC scanner it went up to 80 c.

Think i better get this 120 mm side case fan, then i will have cool air blowing straight over the card :)
