Had a 580 for atleast 2 weeks now. Moved from being on ATI for 2 years and I am ever so happy I moved so far!

I have a Twin Frozr II model.

Just had a 3 hours session on AvP on dx11 with tesselation and high textures so it may be a little hot at the moment but heres the temps:

Idling at 40C and when playing AvP it rised to atleast 73c

Just wondered if they're acceptable temps?
I leave the fan to auto by the way

Sounds about right, although im running my Twin Frozr II's in SLI the bottom card should be similar temps to a solo card.

I get 29-35 idle and 65-75 load on the bottom card. Top card gets a lot more toasty hitting 90 and is still ok, even overclocked quite a lot.

Totally forgot its OCed aswell! First MSI twin frozr II thats come pre oced for me :D

822 core clock
1645 shader clock
2138 memory clock.

It's now at 38-39c idle. I'll play another AvP sessions soon and see what it gets too

I have the fan set to auto and when not on a game it runs at the lowest speed it can go, 40% which it is not sitting idle at 37c. Might mess around and see what fan speed is bearable :)

Yea them temps are perfectly fine (same as my old 5770), and allthough toasty your safe up to 90degrees. Nothing to be worried about
I've got an Xtreme Plus on my 580 now and it idles at 28 and never goes above 45 :) (Stock clocks atm)

edit: yep you are right 95C but i wouldn't like to go no where near that
