GTX 580 Triple Monitor Display

Hi guys!

Right I currently have a GTX580 and an iiyama E2407HDS Monitor (connected with HDMI)

There two DVI slots on the card not being used... If I was to buy another two of these monitors or 2 random monitors with DVI ports could I just plug them in?

Correct, unless you have the 590 you need to go SLI with nvidia

Dual is fine..

If you don't want to use surround you could get another cheap card and run one monitor off that.
