Gtx 645

645? Must be an OEM GPU...

If it's between the 640 and 650 (as the name suggests) I wouldn't bet it'd handle high/u;tra settings for many games..

Games like Far cry 3, BF3, Sleeping dogs i would suggest medium settings..

It also depends on the CPU.
 
Just found some info on the card. It might not be as bad as the name suggests, not sure though.

It has a 130w TDP compared to 64w of the gt 650.

Some site said its a rebadged gtx 555 which is another OEM card. Can't find any real info about that either though.

It's likely still slower than the 7770 though

Apparently it's based on the Fermi architecture and is basically a rebadged GTX 560SE.

I'd say performance would be on a par with a 7770 if not a little faster.

Yes :)

The GTX 645 has 288 Fermi cores, Its a GTX 560 SE (cut-down GTX 560) http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-560/specifications

The HD 7770 is about the same in performance, possibly a bit faster and consumes less power.

IMO the HD 7770 is the better option.
