It's Friday which means payday, which means I can finally replace my GTX560Ti.

Am I right in thinking the GTX670 is the best bang for buck card at the moment for the £200 price range? Also, how well would one card be for 1440p gaming at high settings? I know I'd need to SLI for max performance but how much of an improvement would I see over a GTX560Ti at 1440p?

I can't really justify going SLI at the moment due to funds but if the single card setup would be enough for now I'm ready to hit the order button. (Planning to play BF4/GTA 5 on PC when they are out)

Also, are there any downsides to opting for the 4GB over the 2GB model? I'm quite interested in this model:

Any advice is appreciated

Thanks :)

Thanks for all the replies guys. Well I'm a bit of a green boy fan so it's gotta be nvidia for me. I think I will go for the 4gb asus and I can always SLI in the future if I need to.

Finally bit the bullet and ordered the 4GB Asus. Was tempted to buy 2 but I'll see how it goes with one and if I feel I need the second I'll order it. Should get the card on Tuesday.

Thanks for your help guys, much appreciated! Will post some pics when it arrives :P

I'll let you know how the SLI config goes mate if you're interested in that route

I couldn't help it guys, I ended up buying another today for SLI. That's me done for a couple of years hopefully :D
