GTX 670 issues

Hi all, just installed a gtx 670, gigabyte 3xfan addition.
Im having an issue that when I run heaven benchmark it'll stutter and the frame rate will crash every second or so.

MSI says:
core clock - 1500mhz
Mem clock - 5000mhz
memory - 3000mb

yet with the benchmark it only uses up to
core clock 1097
mem clock 3005
memory 1090

Any ideas?

What you should be seeing is 1097Mhz core clock (roughly), 3000Mhz mem clock (roughly) and 2048Mb memory.

Run GPU-Z to confirm this and with Heaven, it is pretty stuttery at the start but should be fine after that.

Run the settings that are in the official Haven thread and let us know how you score please.

my bad i read msi wrong. Doh.

the frame rate in heaven will go from 120fps > 30 fps > 120 in quick succession.

Problem solved.

I left the CPU doing Folding@Home which is why it was so terrible!
