GTX 670 - Spinter cell:blacklist redemption code

hey guys, just received my asus gtx 670 and along with it i was supose to get the Splinter Cell:blacklist game.. i realise it is a digital version.. i think? where am i suppose to find the code?

Code should be on a ticket. Mine was in the bag with the receipt and card - not inside the box.
