GTX 680 SLI bottleneck?

I've seen second hand 2GB GTX680s go for as little as £150. I play games at 1080P and won't be going dual monitor or higher res for years. With the release of BF4 and other more demanding games I'm thinking of getting another 2GB GTX680. My target is to play these games with the FPS never dropping below 60 with everything maxed out.

My 1st gen i5 750 is overclocked to 3.8Ghz and but I can't help but think that will be bottlenecking two GTX 680s, am I right?

Also will my Corsair HX620W be able to supply enough power to my rig?

Think it's time to upgrade my CPU then, waiting to see what AMD have to offer. If it's pants I'll be getting a 4770K. Thanks guys.
