I have around max £200 to spend so I was looking at either a GTX 760 2GB or 4GB version, or a 770 2GB version! All these cards are in budget but what would be better for my 1080p single moniter gaming needs?

Do I need 4GB of vram, or is 2GB enough? Ive seen benchmarks of the 760 2GB and 4Gb varients and the FPS came out basicly the same!

If I was going to spend £200 on a 760 4GB would it be worth the extra £30 to get a 770 2GB but loose the extra VRAM?

I mainly play BF4 atm, so would like to be able to play at High/Ultra at 60fps+. Also would like the card to be semi future proof!

Any help and comments much appreciated. Full spec of my rig is in my sig!

Gtx 770

Gtx 770 is much better you will hit every game at high and sometimes ultra settings especially on 1080p.
Gtx 760 4GB would be better if you had allot of monitors.
However 2GB on the 770 is still enough to run about 1-3 monitors.

One of my colleagues was having the same dilemma, choosing between:

and

After lots of research, general consensus appeared to be that the 4GB 760 would very rarely use that extra 2GB, except in certain circumstances, and that for gaming at 1080p the 2GB would be more than sufficient, so he went for the 770 (it helped that it was on offer for £209.99 at the time :p)

He's very happy with it :)

760 is slower then 670 tbh , but 770 is marginally faster then 680 as of higher clocks/memory clocks , some games using more then 2 or 3 gb at 1080p , thief , watchdogs use more then 3 gb so im happy i chose 4 gb version , also at the time it was better deal then 280x.
