GTX 770 - 3GB 192bit version

Somewhat perplexed by a graphics card I've seen listed on the bay (new from the far east).

It's by a manufacturer called JEGY but has some pretty peculiar specs. A GTX 770 listed as 3GB DDR5, 192bit. It's got one 6 pin connector. I assumed it was just mislisted but then the photos show a label on the card saying "GTX770-3DG5/192bit".

What are we looking at? A 770 chip stuck on a cheap board or what? It's not on JEGY's website. It doesn't seem to tie in with anything on the nVIDIA website. Not a review anywhere and only various auction site listings come up.

Not thinking of buying it or anything - just looks like a very strange creature indeed.

It's the same spec as the gtx770m. Runs at really low clocks as well so possibly some sort of crazy hybrid between desktop and mobile gpu.

Probably a falsely named card. Take some rubbish card and rename the bios and sell it to idiots overseas.

Lots of 2GB GTX 780 were floating about when I was looking for one.

FWIW other vendors are selling identical cards but listing them as 750tis..
