GTX 770 Fan issues

Received my GTX 770 - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-178-GW

Seems there are issues with the fan, when i first installed it, ran the driver etc, the fans were running at 100% constant. I tried various software to change it but nothing worked.

I have now re-sit the card and the fan changes speed randomly even thoe im idle and its running at 30 c . When i can hear the fan change speed m it is not showing me on the software im using , eg Speedfan, Msi Afterburner.

Has anyone got a fix or had a similar experience?

Damn was thinking if getting that card this week.

Hi Danalpy.

Uninstall and reinstall drivers. This has happened for others and that cured it. Give the latest WHQL drivers a go.

Sounds like possibly a driver issue. Without proper drivers my GTX 670 Power editions keep doing the 100% fan revers dust removal thing. As soon as drivers are installed correctly they wind down upon windows start up and idle + function properly.
