GTX 780 Black Screen problems help!

Hi guys
Had a EGVA GTX 780 since launch and it has been great, but in the
last 2 weeks I have been having problems.
I start to play a game and a few minutes in the screens goes black if I
wait the game come back up and all is good.
I have removed the Evga overclocking tool and changed to the new drivers but it is still happening.

Any ides why?
