gtx 780 ti fan noise, help please.

Is the ACX cooler quieter than the reference single fan on an evga gtx780 ti on load.I have read all the reviews who seem to suggest they sound about the same,does anybody have any real experience of both designs?
 
To be honest the stock one isn't that loud usually (mine runs at 60% for 65c when gaming and I can't hear it over the speakers / other case fans. Like he said above, the non reference ones are cooler and quieter (so long as you don't have a tiny case with poor airflow - then the reference blower is better for exhausting all the heat)
