Right now holding GTX 470, but looking at GTX 780, by the theory i'm expecting double performance gtx 780.
Do I will get what I'm expecting?

U'll notice a big boost in performance, that mobo has a 1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 slot. Mine only has 2.0

You should get more than double the performance but you may need to overclock your CPU to avoid a bottleneck.

There is very little difference between using PCI-E 2.0 or 3.0, I have tested this on a number of different cards both AMD and NVidia.

What about tests between 1.0 n 2.0? My old 470 gonna send to uncle, he have older mobo, where does not even says 1.0 or 2.0, I suggest its 1.0 as default

And what calculation I need to take onboard to have good overclock preventing to get "bottleneck"
