Do all GTX 780 have voltage control in MSI Afterburner?

If not, which cards allow so?

All have voltage control but the amount you can change will vary. You can unlock full control by changing the BIOS.

I found EVGA Precision better.

Tried to overclock my GTX780 with the Afterburner and wasn't getting stable oc at the same settings the EVGA tool did.
